So I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 4 months now, almost 5. We started out great friends, and I was trying to set him up with this girl who was in our class. Yet he didn't seem interested so I just stopped, he graduated high school and left to a university that's about 5 hours from where I live. One weekend he came &we hung out &well he asked me out, I said yes and that's how it all started.
Yet I used to think it was too hard, i mean he attends university which is like hard, so I tried not to call or text him because I thought I was just being a distraction. Yes, that caused us problems, because he said I didn't care for him, because I never texted him. So I told him what I thought, turns out he wanted to hear from me because it made him relax &stop thinking about all that stress from school. So we were good again, but now it's summer. He got a job over there which he couldn't say no to, so he stayed there. He usually comes every weekend. Yet it's not like I see him frequently or even talk to him. He doesn't call or text. The only texts i get are; Good Night. Sometimes he may ask me what i'm up to, but that's occasionally. I just think this is way too hard for me. I've always known that it would be a hard relationship because it's long distance, but i never knew it would be this hard. I don't really know what to do or what to say.
So I try to do other things and forget about it, but it's hard when people randomly ask you " Hey! How's your boyfriend?" It's just stressful :/
